About the Interview Process:

Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center Family Medicine Residency Training Program would like to thank you for your interest in our program. The process of reviewing applications and selecting candidates for interview is considered to be a testament to the level of training we offer, therefore we include the Program Director, Chairman, Administrator, Faculty and current residents to be apart of the interview process and ranking of applicants. If granted an interview applicants will receive an invite via ERAS. The day of interview is very informative and group oriented. Our main focus is to provide the applicants with the information they need about our program. It is also equally important for applicants to ask the questions they want as we feel the interview process is mutually beneficial.

After the interview, the applicants are taken on a tour to our Family Medical Centers and our Inpatient Unit. They are given the opportunity to see first-hand the residents-at-work, which reinforces the discussions at interview. We conduct a wrap up session at the end of the interview, which allows the applicants to leave with a clear understanding of our program.
