Hi Romelia,
I just wanted to thank Al Williams, Milagros and Maria who have been an exceptional help with the DM group visits , especially Al who is so keen and professional and committed to his work.
         Thank You,
         Vijaya Reddi

Dear Dr. Slezinger,

Once again I want to compliment you on a great job with your diabetic group visit today. You were well-prepared and well-spoken.  Your illustrated presentation was very clear.  Your patients and their families seemed quite engaged in the presentation and asked very good questions, to which you responded very appropriately.  You and Maria were a great team.

I think that given the great rapport you have with your patients  (and the obvious warmth and respect that they feel for you), doing group visits would be something that you would enjoy incorporating in your future medical practice.  Perhaps you will have an opportunity to expand upon this during your upcoming fellowship.

As always, it was a great pleasure precepting you today.

All my best regards,
Dr. Deal

Dear Mr Allah,

Thank you for taking me today for the Home Visit. It was a very good learning experience for me. It showed one more time the reality in which most of our patients live. I was shocked to hear him say that he had no money and couldn't do his laundry for 1 week. It was very nice of you to offer immediately to arrange transportation for his office appointments, when he told that he had no money to go out. You have been doing a great job in offering him both moral and social support.  We as Physicians can see the Patients in our office and order labs and medicines, but there is more that needs to be done. This is where the CHWs have been doing an excellent service to the patients - going out to their homes, assessing their living situation and offering the required support and assistance.

Thank You,
Dr Gogineni
